Emma Parks is a New York based actress, writer, and recent graduate of the NYU drama program where she was in the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Along with her leading role and co-writing credit on Dirty Towel, Emma recently co-starred in her second feature film, The Short Game (2024), and made her Off-Broadway debut with the RJ Theatre Company in NYC. Emma is dedicated to telling authentic and moving female-driven stories. She believes film, television, and theatre have the power to inspire positive change by encouraging audiences to think, feel, and, most importantly, empathize with lives different from their own. Emma is currently working on the feature-length adaption of Dirty Towel where the generational impact of shame is further explored. She also has several other film and television projects in the works.
